What are people saying about the charts?

“We find our Remember-I’m-Me Standard Care Charts an indispensable part of our holistic care for residents… They’ve been in place for over a year now; because they are wipe clean they can be changed as often as needed and have proved very durable.”

Mycarematters, the online service to share a person’s non-medical needs and preferences

Originally developed for people living at home, we are finding some care homes are opting for this service, either as an alternative or in addition to the laminated wall charts that you complete by hand.

Mycarematters is an online service where a person’s needs and preferences can be stored, enabling hospital staff to provide person-centred care from the minute they are admitted. A person’s Mycarematters profile can be viewed online or printed out from any internet-linked device.

In addition to having residents’ paperwork prepared for a hospital visit you may choose to use your residents’ Mycarematters profiles in their rooms, easily updating them online. We have a variety of ways to display a person’s Mycarematters profile, including the Twist-N-View Image.

The cost of using Mycarematters is £5 per annum per resident.

SPECIAL OFFER

We are offering those care homes already using our charts the opportunity to use it free for the first year. The same offer applies to those who purchase any of the Display Options available to display a person’s Mycarematters profile.
